How do you ensure coverage across the entire office or venue?
We start with a site signal survey. Based on the results, we place access points where needed and configure signal strength for optimal coverage without dead zones.
Can you separate Wi-Fi for employees and guests?
Yes. We set up separate networks (VLANs) — one for employees with secure access to internal systems, another for guests with limited internet access. We can also set up a captive portal with password or Terms of Service.
What if we have multiple locations?
We set up central management — all access points across all locations are managed from one interface. Same passwords, same settings, overview of all locations.
Do you offer Wi-Fi maintenance?
Yes. We provide monitoring, firmware updates and support. We recommend an annual coverage review, especially if you've changed your office layout.
